Truck drivers do not move the furniture into your home, so please make sure you have help once the furniture is unloaded from the truck. We must have a real address and phone number to contact you for this delivery schedule and you must be available to receive the furniture where semi trucks can deliver. We offer FREE SHIPPING to you on all our products as a bonus. Returns: For Quilts, Rugs, Boats, and Stoneware: Inspect the items carefully when you receive them. Sales on all products outside of shipping damage, wrong shipment, and defective/broken items are final. Replacements can only be made if damaged from delivery, defective product, wrong shipment or missing from shipment. We guarentee workmanship for replacement if necessary. There are some factory warranties on our products which come with your shippment that also protect your products for a longer time, but you must contact the manufacturer. Rustic Cedar Log Furniture offers a 5 year limited warranty.Within 5 years after purchase, any section of wood breaks or looses structual integrity, Rustic Cedar will replace the section. The damaged section would have to be returned. Also with Motor Freight: Items being delivered by motor freight (large items) must be inspected for damage prior to signing the freight bill. If the driver will not wait for you to inspect the shipment please write on the freight bill: "driver will not wait to inspect for damage."
